Taking a Bath

For many reasons people enjoy quick showers and energizing shower gels. It so important to remember the simple pleasures of a long, relaxing bath.

People who take baths usually do it in the evening after a long day, but the best time is in mid morning, when everyone else are working hard and you called in sick.

Follow the traditional way… Fill your bath with sea salts, spices and flower petals

Linger in the bath for as long as you want, preferably too long… Top up the hot water by twisting the taps with your feet, because you are too lazy and comfortable to sit up and use your hands.

Lay in the bath looking at the ceiling or a candle light. Drift away, don’t think about anything. Listen your breathing and your heartbeat.
